Fast Yarns |
---|---|
Synopsis |
Fast Yarns takes an ironic look at the Australian sense of humour. Anglo-Saxon "Australian folk tales", rib-tickling as they may appear, reveal that laughter at the misfortune of others produces the desired punitive effect of laughter. At the same time Fast Yarns also exposes the flaws in our egalitarian and irreverent attitudes to the environment and human rights. |
